Ensure that their Ethernet connection is stable, it should not be losing connection which will ultimately cause issues. Next, perform a basic test by simply joining another Zoom meeting from their Board running Zoom, then perform another test to join a Teams meeting. If the issue persists, I recommend they retrieve the logs and raise a case with Zoom. However before even deciding to raise a case, here are some helpful resources that may assist:
